Identity & contact data — name, email address, phone number, and business name.
Image files — photos and digital assets you submit to us for processing.
Payment data — billing information processed through our secure payment provider; we do not store full card details.
Usage data — IP address, browser type, and pages visited when you use our website.
Communications — messages, emails, and instructions you send to us.

To deliver, manage, and improve our photo editing and image processing services.

4. Image Files & Confidentiality

All image files submitted to Lenvora Imaging LLC are used exclusively to fulfill your service order. We do not share, sell, publish, or use your images for any purpose other than delivering the requested edits. Files are stored securely and deleted within 30 days after order completion unless a longer retention period is agreed in writing.

5. Sharing Your Information

We do not sell your personal data. We may share data with trusted service providers (e.g., cloud storage, payment processors) solely to operate our business. All third parties are contractually obligated to keep your data confidential. We may disclose data if required by law.

6. Data Retention

We retain personal data only as long as necessary to provide services and comply with legal obligations, typically no longer than 2 years after the last transaction, unless a shorter period applies to your images (see Section 4).

7. Your Rights

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or restrict processing of your personal data. To exercise any right, contact us at contact@lenvoraimaging.com. We will respond within 30 days.

8. Cookies

Our website may use essential cookies for functionality and analytics cookies (with your consent) to understand visitor behavior. You may disable cookies in your browser settings without affecting core service delivery.

We implement industry-standard security measures including encrypted file transfers (TLS/HTTPS), access controls, and secure cloud storage to protect your data.

Terms of Service

1. Agreement

By placing an order with Lenvora Imaging LLC ("Lenvora", "we", "us"), you ("Client", "you") agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use our services.

2. Services

Lenvora provides professional digital photo editing and image processing services including, but not limited to: image enhancement, color correction, exposure and lighting adjustment, portrait and product photo retouching, background removal, image resizing and cropping, photo restoration, image sharpening, batch photo processing, and web & social media image optimization. All services are performed remotely and delivered digitally.

3. Orders & Delivery

Orders are placed by submitting image files and a completed brief. Estimated turnaround times are provided at order placement and are not guaranteed unless expressly confirmed in writing. Rush orders may be available for an additional fee. Delivery is made via digital download link or agreed file-sharing platform.

4. Client Responsibilities

You must own or have full rights to all images submitted.
You are responsible for providing clear editing instructions.
You must maintain backup copies of all original files; Lenvora is not liable for original file loss.
You must not submit images that contain illegal content or infringe third-party rights.

5. Revisions

Each order includes up to two (2) rounds of revisions at no additional charge, provided the revision requests are consistent with the original brief. Additional revisions or scope changes may be billed separately. Revision requests must be submitted within 7 calendar days of delivery.

6. Intellectual Property

Upon receipt of full payment, you receive full rights to use the edited images for any lawful commercial or personal purpose. Lenvora retains the right to display edited work in our portfolio unless you request otherwise in writing before order completion.

7. Payment

Payment is due in full before work commences unless otherwise agreed in a written quote. We accept major credit/debit cards and other payment methods as listed on our website. All prices are in USD and exclusive of applicable taxes.

8. Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of placement for a full refund, provided work has not yet begun. Once editing has commenced, cancellations are subject to our Refund Policy.

9. Limitation of Liability

Lenvora's total liability for any claim arising from our services shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific order in question. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of business, revenue, or data.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

Services are provided "as is" based on the brief and materials you supply. We do not guarantee that edited images will meet every subjective preference not specified in the original brief.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Kentucky, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Daviess County, Kentucky.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

Refund Policy

Effective Date: 2026

1. Our Commitment

Lenvora Imaging LLC is committed to delivering high-quality digital photo editing that meets the specifications you provide. Because our services are custom digital work, our refund policy reflects the nature of the deliverables.

2. Eligibility for Refunds

Full refund — If you cancel within 24 hours of placing your order and no editing work has begun.
Partial refund — If work has begun but has not yet been delivered, a partial refund may be issued at our discretion based on the percentage of work completed.
No refund — Once edited files have been delivered, refunds are not available unless the delivered work materially fails to meet the agreed-upon brief (see Section 3).

3. Quality Disputes

If you believe the delivered work does not meet the specifications of your original brief, you must notify us within 7 calendar days of delivery at contact@lenvoraimaging.com. Include your order details and a clear description of the issue. We will first attempt to resolve the issue through revisions. If after two (2) revision rounds the work still materially fails to meet the brief, we will issue a full or partial refund at our discretion.

4. Non-Refundable Circumstances

Change of mind after work has been delivered.
Requests that deviate from the original brief submitted after work has commenced.
Dissatisfaction due to low-quality source images that were not disclosed at order placement.
Rush order fees, which are non-refundable once work has commenced.
Orders where the client has already used or published the delivered files.

5. How to Request a Refund

Submit a refund request by emailing contact@lenvoraimaging.com with your order number, the reason for the request, and any supporting details. We will review and respond within 5 business days.

6. Processing

Approved refunds will be returned to the original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.
